Drew McKissick was elected State Chairman of the South Carolina Republican Party on May 13th, 2017. He is a Columbia, S.C.-based conservative political strategist with thirty years of experience in grassroots politics and a passion for teaching others how the system works and how to make a difference.


His past work has involved specializing in political strategy, planning and organization as well as the development of grassroots political education programs. Most recently, he worked as the Eastern Director for Faith Engagement for the Republican National Committee, helping engage the faith community towards greater voter registration and issue education. Cindy Costa was elected as the Republican National Committeewoman from South Carolina in May of 1996. She has attended six Republican National Conventions and served on the RNC Site Selection for the 2012 Convention. Cindy has been a Presidential Elector for three elections.  She served as Vice Chair of the RNC Committee on the Rules, and as a Taiwanese delegation member. She currently serves on the RNC Executive Committee from the Southern Region.  


Costa is currently the business manager at the Southeastern Facial Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Center, the Founder and Chairman of the South Carolina Winning Women Excellence in Public Service Series, a life member of the Republican Speaker’s Circle. Most recently, Cindy was honored by being awarded The Republican Women of the Year for South Carolina by the South Carolina Republican Women’s Caucus. CONTINUED...


Glenn McCall was elected as the National Committeeman from South Carolina in May of 2008. He has served on the RNC Resolutions Committee, the Rules Committee and was a member of the Committee on Arrangements Executive Committee and served as the Chairman of the Delegate Experience Subcommittee for the 2012 Republican National Convention. He has attended the past three conventions.


Currently, Mr. McCall serves as the Chairman of the York County Republican Party and the South Carolina Traffic Camera Review Commission. He is on the board of the South Carolina Workforce Review Committee, the Palmetto Pregnancy Center and serves on the Board of Trustees for Winthrop University. CONTINUED...



Craig Caldwell was elected Chairman of the Lexington County Republican Party on April 18, 2015.  During his time as Chairman, he has focused on growing the LCRP into one of the premier County Republican Party’s in South Carolina. Craig has continually worked to build a strong relationship with the Lexington Delegation as well as County & Town officials across Lexington County.


Craig is married to Cheraw, SC native Catherine Chapman and they have two amazing boys Zach and Owen. They attend Lexington Baptist Church where they are actively involved in the Children’s Ministry and Craig serves as an Usher.
